Shipped from our UK warehouse, it takes approximately 5–7 working days to receive your e-bike. Remote areas and islands are excluded from standard delivery.

If your order is shipped by BJS carrier, the delivery person will contact you twice by phone to arrange a delivery time.

Change delivery time for free (call BJS carrier on 01922 645 650): You must change the delivery time at least 1 day before the reserved slot. For example, if delivery is booked for 1 pm today, you must rebook before 1 pm the previous day.

Re-delivery charges may apply if: the delivery person arrives and no one is available to receive the goods, or if you change the delivery time within 24 hours of the agreed slot. To avoid re-delivery costs, you may ask a family member or neighbour to sign on your behalf.
