Bencedesigns works with trusted UK and European supplier warehouses to ensure efficient and reliable product delivery. 

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with delivery times generally ranging from:

• UK warehouse products: 3–7 business days
• EU warehouse products: 5–10 business days

Delivery Charges Standard UK mainland delivery is available on eligible orders.

Deliveries to remote areas, including parts of Scotland, the Highlands, Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and other designated postcodes, may incur an additional delivery surcharge based on the destination. Where this applies, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm the final shipping cost.

All orders include tracking information once dispatched.
