At Bencedesigns, we work with trusted manufacturers and authorised distributors across the UK and Europe to ensure efficient and reliable delivery of all products. Orders are dispatched directly from supplier warehouses to reduce handling time and ensure products reach customers safely and efficiently.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order has been prepared for dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information.

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary depending on supplier warehouse location:

  • UK warehouse products: Typically 3–7 business days
  • EU warehouse products: Typically 5–10 business days

Delivery estimates may vary slightly depending on product availability and courier schedules. Timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Business days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.

Our suppliers work with established and trusted courier partners, including:

  • FedEx
  • Royal Mail

All deliveries are fully trackable once dispatched.

Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver to Mainland United Kingdom. If you require delivery outside mainland UK, or wish to enquire about international delivery, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery of Large Items (Electric Bikes)

Electric bikes and larger mobility products require specialist handling. These items are delivered via a dedicated courier service and may require a signature upon delivery. Our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window where applicable.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery progress directly with the courier. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

Delivery Conditions

To ensure a smooth delivery, please make sure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery
  • Your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering
  • Your contact details are accurate so the courier can reach you

Failed delivery attempts may result in delays. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will leave a notification card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or collect your parcel.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions
  • Weather conditions

  • Supplier processing delays

If a delay affects your order, we will keep you informed as promptly as possible.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photographs of the damage before opening or using the item
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ben@bencedesigns.com
  3. Include your order number and photos in your message

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will liaise with the courier on your behalf.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered. Free delivery may be available on selected products or order values — this will be clearly indicated at checkout.
