In Stock: Once your order confirmation is complete, we will begin shipping within the next 2 business days. Your item will start shipping on the 3rd business day after your order is confirmed.

Out of Stock: This means there is no stock available for approximately the next two weeks.

Shipped from our UK warehouse, it takes approximately 5–7 working days to receive your e-bike. Remote areas and islands are excluded from standard delivery.

If you have special requirements or an urgent delivery date, please contact our customer service team when placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Important: Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate when placing your order.

If your order is shipped via BJS carrier, the delivery person will contact you twice by phone to arrange a delivery time.

Changing your delivery time (free of charge): Call BJS at 01922 645 650. You must request a new delivery time at least 1 day before the agreed delivery time.

Re-delivery charges may apply if:

• No one is available to receive the goods at the agreed delivery time — the goods will be returned to the warehouse and a re-delivery fee will apply.
• You change the delivery time within 24 hours of the agreed delivery time.

To avoid re-delivery costs, you can arrange for a family member or neighbour to sign for the package on your behalf.
